Dispatch
As soon as you place an order, it is processed immediately and you receive a confirmation e-mail.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order is sent by Chronopost or by dpd.
Deliveries
Deliveries in Switzerland
- Swiss Post Ltd, dispatch within 24 to 48 hours (working days), delivery within 3 to 4 working days: 10 CHF, free for orders of 70 CHF or more
- Any order placed after 10 a.m. is dispatched the following day via DPD, Chronopost or Swiss Post.
Deliveries outside Switzerland (Europe)
We also deliver to metropolitan France, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein.
- Metropolitan France, Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein: DPD or Chronopost with or without signature, delivery within 3 to 5 working days: 10CHF and free for orders of 70CHF or more

Delivery times are estimated from the date the order is dispatched.
Customs or import duties may apply depending on your country of destination. These charges are payable by the customer.
Delivery location
Always try to provide an address where someone will be available to receive the parcel, such as your workplace or a collection point.
We deliver directly from this site to Switzerland, metropolitan France, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein. For other European Union countries, our products are available on essencedeshuiles.com.
If we have any questions regarding the order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out-of-stock products, etc.), we will contact you through our customer service team. We will wait three working days for a reply. The order will not be dispatched until we have received a reply. If we receive no reply within this period, we will cancel the order and refund the customer.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (working days), for delivery within 3 to 4 working days in Switzerland (this time frame is an estimate).
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the assigned tracking number and a link to track the order on the carrier's website.
Trying to track the order online upon receipt of the dispatch confirmation e-mail may not return any results. In fact, dispatch information may take up to 24 hours after receipt of the dispatch confirmation to be updated on the carrier's website.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, except on local or national public holidays, to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The customer may receive the order wherever they wish (except in post boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do so, simply give us the address where you will be present between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days. A delivery attempt will be made by a courier at the address provided by the customer.
It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time, as this will depend on the route set by the carrier for the courier on the day of delivery.
When tracking the parcel on the day of delivery, an estimated delivery time will be displayed by e-mail or text message.
Delivery to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the parcel being returned to Essencedeshuiles, incurring additional charges for the customer. We therefore recommend that the customer always ensures that the delivery address given when the order is placed is indeed correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
WARNING: Rescheduling the delivery or changing the delivery address following a missed delivery attempt or for any other reason must be arranged by the customer directly with the carrier; you will receive all the necessary information for this purpose.
Delivery times are indicative and are therefore only deemed valid in the absence of physical or structural obstacles (for example, incorrect addresses or force majeure events such as strikes, missed connections, adverse weather, etc.)
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically by our system and depend on the following factors:
- Order value: Free delivery for orders of 70 CHF or more
- For orders below 70 CHF, shipping costs are 10 CHF.
- Shipping costs are updated automatically when the customer adds items to the basket.
