Siberian Fir essential oil is the forest oil of the dōTERRA range, for anyone who wants the scent of a mountain forest at home. It is distilled from the flat, soft needles of a conifer that can reach 35 m and live for two hundred years, and its fresh, woody scent recalls a Christmas tree.

Diffused, it creates a calm, positive atmosphere, like a walk in the woods, and suits a working day as well as festive evenings. On the skin, diluted in a carrier oil, it has a soothing effect: massaged into the legs and shoulders after sport, a big spring clean or a day on the run, it makes a massage both invigorating and comforting.
