The Smart & Sassy essential oil blend brings together five plants: Grapefruit, Lemon, Peppermint, Ginger and Cinnamon. Two citrus fruits, a mint and two spices, for a warm, spicy and aromatic scent.

It is first of all a blend for drinks: five drops in a water bottle taken along for the day, or two drops with a tablespoon of honey in a cup of hot water, for an infusion with a reviving taste at any time. In a diffuser, three to five drops refresh the air and release a sweet, spicy aroma. Diluted in fractionated coconut oil, it is massaged onto the hips and thighs, for a feeling of warmth.

Grapefruit and lemon give freshness, cinnamon and ginger warmth: a taste none of the five oils gives on its own.
