The Phytoestrogen Essential Complex from the dōTERRA Women range is a blend of standardised plant phytoestrogens and concentrated flaxseed lignans, formulated specifically for women.

The formula combines flaxseed powder and flaxseed extract, sources of lignans, with a soy extract and a standardised pomegranate extract. It comes in HPMC vegetable capsules, free from sodium lauryl sulphate, and contains no wheat or dairy products: an all-natural formula, according to dōTERRA.

One to two capsules a day, with meals, according to your needs. The bottle of 60 capsules lasts one to two months. The complex belongs to the dōTERRA Women range, alongside the Bone Nutrient Essential Complex and the ClaryCalm blend.
