Applied locally, this invigorating blend refreshes, promotes a feeling of clear airways and easy breathing, and calms the senses. Diluted and massaged in the evening onto the chest, back or soles of the feet, it helps you set the day’s worries aside and prepares a serene night. Three drops at the bottom of the shower tray turn the steam into a minty cloud to breathe in deeply, and a few drops with Epsom salts turn a warm bath into a soothing moment. Diffused, it fills a room with an atmosphere of airy lightness, in any season.

Uses

  • Cosmetic

    In the evening, mix it with fractionated coconut oil and massage the chest, back or soles of the feet for a feeling of clear breathing that calms the senses.

    Add a few drops, mixed with carrier oil, to Epsom salts in a warm bath for a soothing sensation.

    Before an outdoor activity, apply it diluted to the back of the neck for a feeling of freshness.

    Apply it diluted under the nose and on the chest, then breathe in deeply.

  • Everyday

    In the evening, diffuse three to four drops in the bedroom to calm the senses and prepare a serene night.

    Add three drops to the bottom of your shower tray and breathe in the minty steam deeply.

    Rub a diluted drop between your hands, cup them over your face and breathe in deeply.

    Diffuse it at the office or at home for an atmosphere of airy lightness.
