Arise essential oil blend brings together five plants in a base of fractionated coconut oil: Lemon, Grapefruit, Siberian Fir, Osmanthus and Melissa. It is the uplifting blend of the dōTERRA yoga collection, and the only one of the three built on citrus.

Its lemony, sweet, bright and floral aroma gives a feeling of happiness, clarity and courage, and diffuses well in the morning. A diluted drop on the temples, wrists and neck before you begin, a few drops in a carrier oil for a hand massage, three drops in the diffuser as you settle into a project. dōTERRA pairs it with standing poses, arms overhead, and with half moon.

Lemon and Grapefruit, used on their own, open strongly and then fall away. Osmanthus and Melissa, barely noticeable on the first breath, then carry the scent across the length of the session.

Uses

  • Cosmetic

    Dilute a few drops in a carrier oil for a hand massage in the middle of the day.

    Apply it diluted to the pulse points as a citrus fragrance for the morning.

    Add it to the bath, diluted in a carrier oil, on waking rather than at bedtime.

  • Everyday

    Diffuse three to four drops in the morning, for a joyful, fresh aroma.

    Apply it diluted to the temples, wrists and neck before you begin.

    Pair it with standing poses, arms overhead, the standing side stretch and half moon.

    Put a diluted drop into your palms, rub them together and breathe in deeply.
