EO Mega+ is a food supplement containing fish oil and olive oil, presented in liquid sachets ready to drink. The fish oil comes from wild-caught fish from the Nordic seas, the extra virgin olive oil from Greece, through the dōTERRA Co-Impact Sourcing programme.

One sachet provides over 5,000 mg of fish oil and over 1,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids. EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function, and DHA contributes to normal brain function and normal vision. Lemon essential oil, rich in limonene, gives the liquid its taste. The opaque, sealed sachet keeps the fatty acids away from the air until opening, which protects them from oxidation and makes the sachet easy to carry.

Pour the contents straight into the mouth, onto a spoon or into a glass of water, one sachet a day, with or without a meal. Non-GMO, gluten free, soy free and dairy free.
