dōTERRA Fibre is an instant powder blend for a flavoured drink high in fibre, with sweetener. Each serving provides 6.5 g of soluble and insoluble fibre from apple, tapioca, flaxseed and psyllium, with Lemon essential oil and vitamin C of natural origin. A measuring scoop is included.

Oligofructose, Jerusalem artichoke inulin and baobab form a prebiotic blend, food for the bacterial cultures of the gut. dōTERRA designed the formula to activate bowel movements, and its fibre promotes satiety. Vitamin C, 200 mg per serving, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

One measuring scoop in a large glass of cold water, once a day, in the morning or before a meal. No added sugars, gluten free, vegan, made in France.
