Forgive essential oil blend is made of trees and plants: Black Spruce, Bergamot, Juniper Berry, Lemon, Myrrh, Arborvitae, Nootka Cypress, Thyme and Java Citronella. Three conifers, two citrus fruits, one resin: it is the greenest blend in the emotional range, the one that smells of forest rather than flower.

Its refreshing aroma invites renewal and a fresh start, and encourages a feeling of contentment, relief and patience. It comforts and inspires positive thinking, and helps balance the emotions day to day. It gives off a serene aroma during a massage and helps create a soothing environment. A diluted drop on the wrist and over the heart during the day, a few drops in a carrier oil for a massage, three drops in the diffuser during a meditation.

Conifers on their own are dry, citrus oils on their own evaporate within minutes. Myrrh, at the base, holds the whole together and keeps it from leaving.

    Dilute a few drops in fractionated coconut oil for a massage with a serene aroma.

    Add a diluted drop to a warm bath at the end of the day.
