Shinrin-Yoku essential oil blend in a roll-on carries the same twelve forest plants as the bottle: Lemon, Patchouli, Magnolia, Siberian Fir, Cardamom, the three cypresses and Geranium among the others, in a base of fractionated coconut oil. The blend is already diluted: the roller goes straight onto the skin.

It contains essential oils rich in terpenes and phytoncides, and releases a refreshing, inspiring aroma well suited to restoring yourself. On the wrists as the day tightens, on the neck and temples after hours of screen time, into the palms whose scent you breathe in before meditating. The fractionated coconut oil that carries it also makes it a treatment for dry patches on the hands.

The 15 ml bottle asks for a carrier oil and a moment set aside. Here the roller doses itself and the blend fits in a pocket, which is exactly the point of a forest bath you have no time to go and take.
