AromaTouch dōTERRA Essential Oil Blend | 15 ml

AromaTouch essential oil blend is the massage blend in the dōTERRA range, the one that gave its name to the technique. It combines Cypress, distilled from lower branches pruned in Bulgaria, with Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit and Lavender: a fresh, minty scent in which the citrus lightens the herbs.

Its oils were brought together to release tension and provide the soothing sensation that makes the difference during a massage. Five drops in ten millilitres of carrier oil, and the neck, shoulders and back all get their turn: the skin keeps a refreshing sensation and the aroma settles the room. Five drops mixed with carrier oil in a warm bath turn the bathroom into an end-of-day spa, and the diffuser takes over during meditation or a moment of calm.

  • Cosmetic

    Mix five drops with ten millilitres of carrier oil and massage the neck and shoulders.

    Add five drops, mixed with carrier oil, to a warm bath after a long day.

    Dilute it for a back massage; the skin keeps a refreshing sensation.

    Mix one drop with ten drops of carrier oil for a hand massage.

  • Everyday

    Diffuse three to four drops during meditation or a moment of calm.

    Diffuse it in the middle of the day for a peaceful atmosphere.
