Balance essential oil blend is the grounding blend in the dōTERRA range, the one you apply in the morning to start the day on an even keel. It brings together Black Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy and Blue Chamomile in a base of fractionated coconut oil: a woody, fresh, sweet scent in which the conifers lead without the heaviness of a resin.

Its oils, used for thousands of years to balance the emotions, were chosen for their effect on mood: its aroma promotes a feeling of calm, stability and harmony throughout the body. Applied diluted to the soles of the feet on waking, it accompanies the whole day; on the neck and wrists, it becomes a grounding scent to breathe in when the day speeds up. It sets a calm atmosphere during meditation or yoga, and a few drops mixed with Epsom salts turn a warm bath into a moment of relaxation. In the evening, applied locally, it helps you feel grounded and encourages sweet dreams.

Huile de résine de Boswellia carterii, frereana, sacra et papyrifera

Souvent appelé le roi des huiles essentielles. On l'obtient en incisant l'écorce d'arbres poussés en zone semi-désertique, puis en distillant la résine séchée qui en perle. Son parfum mêle des notes boisées, résineuses et légèrement citronnées. Utilisé dans l'Égypte ancienne pour les parfums et les baumes, il donne au mélange sa profondeur.

  • Cosmetic

    Mix one drop with ten drops of carrier oil and apply to the neck and wrists, for a grounding scent that promotes a feeling of calm.

    Add a few drops, mixed with carrier oil, to Epsom salts in a warm bath to relax.

    In the evening, apply it diluted to the back of the neck before bed, to feel grounded and encourage sweet dreams.

    Dilute it in fractionated coconut oil for a massage that gives a sense of calm and well-being.
