Abōde Refreshing Blend of dōTERRA Essential Oils | 15 ml

Abōde Refreshing Blend of dōTERRA Essential Oils | 15 ml

The dōTERRA abōde blend brings together ten distilled essential oils: Lime, Litsea, Cassia, Lemon eucalyptus, Tea tree, Arborvitae, Eucalyptus kochii, Coriander leaf, Lavandin and Lemon myrtle. Eucalyptus kochii, which grows only in the semi-arid inland of Western Australia, carries the highest concentration of 1,8-cineole of any eucalyptus.

It is rich in limonene, geranial and neral, three cleansing components, and it releases a fresh citrus scent. Five to eight drops in a diffuser refresh the home and carry away cooking or stale smells. A few drops on wool dryer balls scent the laundry, and in a spray bottle they deodorise bedding and upholstery. Kept in the bathroom cabinet, the bottle also serves for the bath and for massage.

Before a busy day, it is the morning gesture that gives the blend its name: abōde, the dwelling.

At the heart of abōde dōTERRA
